Shri Vijay Tiwari General Secreatary Yog Cofederation of India say that Shri Subodh Kant Sahay , Hon'ble Tourism Minister Govt. of India will be the Chief Guest of the innograval function of PATANJALI WEEK CELEBRATIONS 2011 in the August presence of Foreign Dignitries, Minister's & Official's from Govt. of Madhya Pradesh. This will be a new step in making Madhya Pradesh & Bhopal as a Spritual Tourism Hub and International Tourism Center for future.
"Second Patanjali Week Celebrations-2011 is being organised from 18th to 25th Oct. 2011 by Yog Confederation of India at the birth Place of Madharishi Patanjali at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh as a part of Yog Vidya Jagriti Abhiyan-International Holistic Health Movement a programme initiated by Yog Confederation of India in association with Ministry of DoNER, Government of India and other National & International Organizations. We are expecting about 100 foreign delegates for this event along with 500 to 700 Indian participants from various states. This event will be interantionally publicized through affiliate International Organizations of Yog Confederation of India including International Yog Confederation which has its affiliated units in more than 60 countries
H.E. Governor of M.P. Shri Rameshwar Thakur Ji was kind enough to encourage us in thie venture and had met us three times last year to initiate this Festival. "First Patanjali Week Celebrations 2010" was organized from 29th October to 7th November 2010. Programme was attended by many Member of Parliaments. Hon'ble Ministers of Government of M.P. Shri Babulal Gaur , Shri Kailash Vijavargiya, Shri Ramkrishan Kusumariya, Mayor of Bhopal Smt. Krishna Gaur, Chairman of BDA Shri Surendra Nath Singh along with many foreign dignitaries and other personalities.
We have also requested the concerned officials and ministries of the Government of Madhya Pradesh to kindly cooperate and coordinate with us, we have already requested concerned ministries of Government of India to kindy coordinate. As a part of the festival we shall also be organising International Peace March on 19th Oct. 2011 where all the participants will march the Global Peace and Harmony with flags from 250 countries, All India Maharishi Patanjali Mallakhambh Tournament, All India Maharishi Patanjali Women's Football Tournament andf All Religious Peace Conference on 24th Oct. 2011 along with other activities.
Her Holiness Mahamandaleshwar Gayatri Devi (Emy Blesio), President,International Yog Confederation and General Secretary of Indian Chamber of Commerce in Italy, Swamy Suryananda, President , World Movement for Yoga & Ayurveda, Swami Andre, President French Yoga Federation, Member of Parliaments Dr.Vinay Kumar Pandey , Captain Jai Naraiyan Prasad Nishad, Dr. Prasana Kumar Patsani, Shri Kamal Kishor will be the Guest of Honours during the festivals.
We are also requesting his excellency Hon'ble Governor of Madhya Pradesh Shri Ram Naresh Yadav, Shri Shivraj Singh Chouchan Chief Minister of M.P. , Shri Ajay Singh (Rahul Bhaiya) C.L.P.
